As Apex's oldest restaurant we have been privileged to serve four generations of residents and to watch the town grow from the sleepy little crossroads it was into the bustling and vibrant town it is today. As the town has grown, so have we. From our humble beginnings serving just fried chicken and various breakfast biscuits, our breakfast
menu has expanded to include eggs cooked to order, grits, grilled home fries and the best home made sausage gravy you'll find anywhere. Of course it's hard to talk about breakfast at Dallas without mentioning our very own famous steak biscuit, a lightly breaded, grilled piece of cube steak dipped in gravy and served in one of our fresh hot made from scratch buttermilk biscuits.
For lunch and dinner in addition to our original famous fried chicken we also offer barbequed chicken, meatloaf, country style steak, pork chops, fried chicken livers and gizzards and fresh home made chicken salad. We have ten different sides on the menu
to choose from and cornbread as well as biscuits. Don't forget to add some of our hot home made peach cobbler to top your meal off with and you won't leave hungry.
